According to the wishes, budget and current situation, the patient is  built-in combined operation of a fixed bridge and a mobile prosthesis.

The patient decided to repair his upper jaw due to worn teeth and aesthetics. 

A compromise solution was made with a circular bridge since the patient sought a performance with shorter teeth than natural ones.

To the patient, the six in the second quadrant at the top right represented the health,  functional and aesthetic problem.

The patient is placed a solo zircon ceramic crown on the existing tooth, thus forming a functional whole.
